Henry Ford Charity                  Millionaires Ball

The Henry Ford Equity Investments Charity Millionaires Ball was the first main Kambani event to promote the Kambani collection of contemporary African art. It took place at the 5 star Radisson Edwardian Hotel in London. 

The event was hosted by comedian and acting duo, Eddie Nestor and Robbie Gee. Setting up the exhibition was the greatest challenge. There were only glass walls in the exhibition area and no fixtures allowed. This resulted in the use of suction hooks, the outcome, quite remarkable.  

Kambani Arts donated a painting by artist Kanayo Ume entitled “Juju Twins” which was auctioned and used to raise money for two charities – the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Eastside Youth Leaders Academy.
